*Residents, Fellows, and Medical Students who attend the conference will be refunded their registration fee once the conference concludes. Cancellation Policy: TAO must receive notice of cancellation postmarked no later than October 26, 2026. A $25 fee will be deducted from the registration fee paid to cover processing charges. Non-attendance does not constitute notice of cancellation.
