*Residents, Fellows and Medical Students that attend the conference will be refunded their registration fee at the conclusion of the meeting.

Cancellation: TAO must receive notice of cancellation postmarked no later than October 26, 2026. A $25 fee will be deducted from the registration fee paid to cover processing charges. Non-attendance does not constitute notice of cancellation.

Any registrations after October 26, 2026 will be on-site at the Royal Sonesta Houston Galleria.

Resident & Fellow Housing Stipend

TAO offers financial assistance for Residents & Fellows of the society. The meeting stipend is $200 to help alleviate hotel and travel costs to attend the meeting.

Criteria & Guidelines

1.
You MUST be a TAO Resident Member. Resident Membership is FREE. Sign up today!
2.
You must attend at least a half day of the conference. Check in with the registration desk between 1:00 – 2:00 PM to be put on the list for the resident stipend. If you do not check in at the registration desk during this time, you will not receive the stipend form and will become ineligible for the resident stipend.
